Sales Representative at NOPCO/Boston Brace

Summary:
The Sales Representative will identify and increase NOPCO clinical sales locally and regionally, beginning with sales lead identification, through contract execution, while maintaining current growth areas and relationships.
Research and analyze market demographics and projected trends for hospitals, physicians, and patients.
Develop goals and timelines for growing referral volumes with new and/or established physicians, hospitals, medical centers, and area schools.
Execute sales and retention strategies; track and report on activities and issues; close new business in accordance with predetermined targets.
Ensure open communication and follow up with physicians and hospital administrators to close new or additional business growth opportunities.
Prepare and present monthly sales reports, identifying trends, additional business opportunities, and any challenges to new business growth.
Continuously modify sales and retention strategies/plans to ensure the most advantageous business outcomes.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree, preferably in life sciences. Experience in the medical industry and knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology; experience with Orthotics/Prosthetics industry and trends is a plus.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to successfully network and negotiate
Willingness to travel over a wide geographic area to meet with clients
Must be self-directed and flexible to work a varied schedule
